What is sSystm?

#The idea

sSystm is a modular operating system for agencies and developers: CRM, projects, time, quotes & invoices, documents, calendar, a design-system library, components, wireframes, an in-workspace code builder, chat with voice, and routines — one connected workspace where a client in the CRM is the same client in Projects, Billing and Documents.

Two things make it unlike other work platforms:

• BYOC — Bring Your Own Cloud. There is no central mega-database. When you sign in with Cloudflare, sSystm provisions a dedicated D1 database on your own Cloudflare account and migrates the core schema into it. Your CRM data and calendar live there.
• Your AI is a first-class user. The whole platform is exposed as an MCP server (24 tools, 28 resources). You connect the AI you already use — Claude Code, claude.ai, Claude Desktop or Cursor — and it reads and writes the same workspace your team does.

sSystm is in early access, rolling out gradually. Join the waitlist and we’ll email you when your spot opens. There is no email/password signup — the only way in is Sign in with Cloudflare, which is also what makes BYOC possible.

#How pricing works

The core workspace — CRM, Projects, Billing, Documents, Calendar — is included free. Premium modules (Build, Design System, Components, Wireframes, Chat, Routines) are switched on individually, à la carte. See Pricing.
